Join me for EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Group Tapping , where you'll experience and learn a simple yet powerful self-help technique to help reduce stress, release emotional tension, and restore a greater sense of balance.
EFT, often known as "tapping," combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused thoughts and affirmations. Many people find it helps them feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to cope with life's challenges.
During the session you'll take part in guided group tapping, learn how EFT works, and discover simple techniques you can continue using between sessions.

No previous experience is needed—just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something new. Whether you're completely new to EFT or have practised it before, this workshop offers a welcoming space to relax, connect, and learn practical techniques you can continue using long after the session has ended.
How It Works:
Sign up using the booking link below. You will receive a confirmation email with links to two documents to complete. One of these will ask whether there is something you would like to work on in the group. If you volunteer, you MAY be asked to demonstrate the technique whilst working on your issue in a group setting. If you have not volunteered, or you are not selected this time, you will tap along with the demonstration and receive benefits regardless.
Either way, many people report feeling calmer, more regulated, lighter and ‘a shift’ following these sessions.
